From now on I'll just keep on turning 24.

Thanks for the congratulations! You made my day (along with my DH who surprised me by baking a raspberry pie and buying me flowers and a cd)! Special thanks go to the button maker and the sender of virtual flowers :)

  1. Happy Birthday, Kaija, although belated! Hope you had a nice day anyway and btw, I love the "Seestueck" :) ("Seestueck" is what in German a painting showing a ship on sea would be called)

  4. Hmmm, orange peel. Reminds me of dried orange peel and clove. I used to dry my peel over a fireplace and leave it there with the cloves. What a yum smell.

  5. That sounds like a fun idea! 24 eternally!! Maybe I should consider that because all too shortly I am meant to be moving out of 24 and into 25...but 25 seems rather exciting. I'm not unhappy about turning 'a quarter of a century' :)

It sounds like you had a lovely day, which is great. Hurrah for birthday surprises!

PS: Your new little matchbox is just beautiful (as always!) x.

  6. I love this idea. How beautiful and because of it's size it is also not too overwhelming. I would love to join in... though it won't be daily!
If only I didn't have to go to work!

  7. I really like your paper art!
    Looks really nice.

Myöhästyneet onnittelut synttärin johdosta. Ja vielä suomeksikin: tosi hienoja pikku laatikoita. Vau.
